About Journey with Erika
In short
Journey with Erika is a hosted group travel company based in Appleton, Wisconsin, founded by Erika Commisso in 2018. Erika plans every small-group cruise and journey and personally travels with each group, so guests have one point of contact from the first call to the last night.
Meet Erika Commisso, Founder
Erika is a Travel Experience Architect, which is a fancy way of saying she turns complicated travel into effortless experiences.
She started Journey with Erika in 2018 because the best part of a trip was almost never the itinerary. It was the people. Erika doesn't just plan these journeys, she travels on them. She has experienced river cruising, ocean cruising, small-ship sailing and expedition voyages, and she experiences a ship or destination herself before offering it as a hosted journey.
