Sail with us

Come explore Baja's Sea of Cortez with us.

Get ready for one of the most remarkable wildlife adventures in North America. In March 2028, we're sailing round trip from La Paz on a 7-night small-ship expedition through Baja's Sea of Cortez, with just 66 guests aboard UnCruise's Safari Voyager.

Picture snorkeling alongside playful sea lions, kayaking through mangrove channels, searching for humpback, blue and fin whales, and stepping onto quiet island beaches where the desert meets the sea. Every day brings a new island, a new adventure and plenty of time to simply soak it all in.

We're sailing with UnCruise in Baja ourselves in January 2027, so by the time we set out together, we'll know the ship, the crew and these waters firsthand. All you have to do is come along.

We can't wait to share it with you! — Erika & Chris

In short

This hosted Baja adventure runs March 2–10, 2028. It begins with an included hotel night in San José del Cabo, followed by a 7-night small-ship cruise round trip from La Paz aboard UnCruise Adventures' 66-guest Safari Voyager, exploring the islands of the Sea of Cortez. Meals, unlimited drinks, guided activities and transfers are included. Erika Commisso travels with the group, and exclusive group rates start at $6,500 per person.

Explore the same desert islands and turquoise waters that John Steinbeck wrote about in The Log from the Sea of Cortez. Each day aboard the Safari Voyager brings a new adventure: snorkeling with sea lions at Los Islotes, a burro ride with local rancheros in Bahía Agua Verde, kayaking mangrove lagoons and hiking ridgelines above empty beaches. With just 66 guests, an expert expedition team and every activity included, it's the Sea of Cortez at its most personal.
